Return Policy
At Liam & Sarah Dublin, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, we understand that in some cases you may wish to return an item. This policy clearly outlines our return process and conditions.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Returns can only be requested after the item has been physically received
- Return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees and any applicable customs duties or import taxes
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition, with all tags and labels attached
- Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them beyond fitting is not permitted
- Orders placed with the intention of returning part of the order (e.g. multiple sizes) are not accepted
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at info@liamsarahdublin.com within 14 days of receiving your order
- You will receive the return address of our supplier, which is located in China
- Ship the item back at your own expense, including all shipping costs, customs duties, and any import-related charges
- We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received at the return address and inspected:
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days
- The refund will be issued via your original payment method
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Liability
- We are not responsible for lost or missing packages if tracking shows the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer
- Providing the correct shipping address is the customer’s responsibility
- Any errors in the address must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order
